If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the original purchase date for a full refund or credit or exchange.
Here are the details of the Prime Groci’s return conditions and policy:
You may return it within 30 days from the original purchase date. If more days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us, your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that some products (Groceries, Laundry and cleaning, Digital goods, Service product, food items, Love bird) are not eligible for a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be sold and/or fulfilled by Prime Groci directly.
Return policy does not apply to international shipping.
If you tend to return the majority of the stuff you buy, Prime Groci will take notice and could flag your account and not let you make any more returns.
Also, if you ask for a return, but never actually return the item, Prime Groci will take action against you. If you cross this limit, Prime Groci will mark your account as “concession abuse”.
In other words, if you typically only contact Prime Groci for a refund or discount, and abuse their policy frequently, you’ll fall into this category.
Once your account is marked “Concession Abuse”, no returns will be accepted on any orders made by you in the future. Prime Groci will send you a warning notice via email first. If you keep abusing their policy you’ll get your account banned permanently.
►Valid reasons to return an item
Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)
Delivered Product is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package) – eligible for selected products only
If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. If the same item is not available from the same seller, a refund will be issued.
